As a key player in our retail sport team, we're seeking an experienced Inventory Operations Manager to join our Burwood store. This is your chance to drive operational excellence and shape the future of retail sport.

We're gearing up for something big, and we want you to be part of it. As we prepare to launch our brand-new Burwood store, we need someone who can lead the charge on all things stock, operations, and omni-channel readiness.

About the Role:

  • Drive inventory integrity and reduce shrinkage
  • Embed a smooth 7-day refill process
  • Maximise sales through stock availability
  • Lead online order execution and omni-retail service
  • Coach and develop your team to hit store targets
  • Be a hands-on leader as part of the store's management team

This isn't just a backroom job – it's a front-line leadership role where process meets passion.

About the Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inventory, operations or stock management (retail or supply chain)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams
  • Data-savvy with the ability to analyse and act on inventory trends
