Strategic Designer

The role of a Strategic Designer is multifaceted and requires a deep understanding of large-scale transformation programs. The successful candidate will act as an advisor, providing strategic advice and specialisation in areas such as program governance, direction, and organisational change.

This position involves acting as a key liaison between stakeholders, facilitating engagement and ensuring effective communication. The ideal candidate will have experience in executive comms, strategic design artefacts, and activities.

  • Benefits mapping, modelling, and prioritisation
  • Identification of program activities and monitoring implementation
  • Provision of strategic advice and specialisation in large-scale transformation programs
  • Liaising with stakeholders and facilitating stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in executive comms and strategic design artefacts and activities
  • Understanding and experience of AEC strategic priorities
  • Well-developed organisational skills with an ability to proactively approach responsibilities
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Proven analytical abilities with the ability to propose and facilitate change and contribute to business improvement strategies
  • Demonstrated personal integrity whilst achieving results within legislative and policy parameters
  • Knowledge and experience in service and organisational design
