Home Care Role Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to enhance the wellbeing of our residents and clients. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact and be part of a team that truly cares.

The role involves providing person-centred care and support, ensuring the physical, social and emotional wellbeing of our clients is met. You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality services and provide exceptional care.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging)
  • Demonstrated high standards of care for clients and their families
  • Desirable, experience in a home care setting, providing domestics support
  • Understanding of person-centred care
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures, plan and organise, cope with pressures & setbacks

Essentials for Working in Aged Care:

  • Australian Working Rights
  • NDIS Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Current, Open Driver's License
  • Reliable Car with Registration + Comprehensive Insurance
