Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing and following contemporary evidence-based wound care, continence and infection control policy and practices.
- Providing expert guidance and leadership to healthcare professionals, older people and families.
- Serving as a resource for healthcare professionals seeking to expand their knowledge and skills in wound care and continence management.
- Fostering a culture of compassionate care and dignity for older people and their families.
- Collaborating with Operations and Clinical Experts to develop and implement wound management programs.
- Establishing facilities and processes to support billing and claiming for specialist services.
