**Clinical Leadership Opportunity in Wound and Continence Care**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our clinical practice in wound, infection, and continence care. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise, strategic capabilities, and entrepreneurial approach to drive positive change.

As a member of the Practice, Quality, and Risk team, you will utilize your experience as a Nurse Practitioner, understanding of evidence-based practice, and commitment to high-quality clinical aged care to lead and develop our clinical practice. Your outstanding collaboration and interpersonal capabilities, combined with your innate curiosity and dedication to sharing your expertise, will be essential to your success in this key role.

**Responsibilities:)

  • Leading the development and implementation of contemporary, evidence-based policies and practices for wound, continence care, and infection control
  • Providing expert clinical guidance to healthcare professionals, older people, and families
  • Serving as a resource and mentor for Nurse Practitioners and other healthcare professionals seeking to expand their knowledge and skills in wound, continence care, and infection control practices
  • Fostering a culture of compassionate care and dignity for older people and their families

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience as a Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in wound, continence care, and infection control
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement
