Role Responsibilities:

As a Manager, you will be instrumental in assisting Partners in delivering exceptional advice and technical support to clients. You will collaborate closely with the accounting advisory team, overseeing workflow and providing leadership in service delivery, innovation, and strategic planning to achieve the firm's objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with high-profile clients
  • Utilizing your expertise to manage workflow and conduct reviews
  • Overseeing your own client portfolio while fostering team collaboration
  • Leading client meetings with a focus on prioritizing client needs
  • Delivering tailored, strategic advice and innovative solutions
  • Contributing to team development through succession planning and training initiatives

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in public accounting
  • CA/CPA certification
  • Proven ability to lead a team and cultivate strong relationships
  • Technical proficiency in accounting, compliance, and advisory services
  • Experience with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, and Reckon
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A proactive, client-focused mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Exceptional rapport-building skills with clients and team members
