Permanent IT Support Position Northern

Are you looking for a new challenge in IT Support? We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate IT Support Technician to join our team in Northern Sydney.
This is a permanent position, located in the upper North Shore of Sydney. Our organisation has a collaborative working environment with excellent facilities on site.
Your role will involve level 1 support to address service, support and operational performance of our client's end-user services. You will also be responsible for customer service request triage and conducting further investigations, progress the delivery or issue resolution.
As a key technical interface for issues referred to technology providers, you will be working closely with various stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve overall service quality.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A basic understanding of networking (switching, firewalling, VPNs) and virtualisation (ESX/Hyper-V)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Desktop operating systems - Windows 10
