About the RoleThis position involves building and nurturing client relationships, understanding their goals, providing valuable insights, collaborating with various teams, managing contract risks, and handling daily account management tasks.
- Develop sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets.
- Maintain and strengthen key customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Design and manage value-added programs to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on time.
- Monitor KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Address contract non-compliance issues promptly.
- Optimise stock levels, manage product life cycles, and forecast demand.
- Ensure all sales and product range tasks are completed within deadlines, meeting KPIs.

4+ years of experience in Account Management. Ability to build rapport and influence strategically.
