Job Title: Traffic Management Lead

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Traffic Management Lead to drive safe, effective traffic management services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support traffic controllers across multiple sites
  • Promote a proactive safety culture through leadership, coaching, and mentoring
  • Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and audits
  • Provide guidance on traffic control plans, procedures, and safe work practices
  • Respond to incidents, lead investigations, and manage reporting
  • Support training and development of field staff
  • Liaise with clients to resolve issues and build strong working relationships
  • Manage fleet, equipment, and compliance checks
  • Conduct drug and alcohol testing in line with company policy
  • Assist with return-to-work programs and injury management
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in traffic management or a related field
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions
  • Knowledge of traffic control plans, procedures, and safe work practices
  • Current certifications in relevant areas (e.g. first aid, WHS)
