Senior Traffic Investigations Manager

Developing a continuous traffic management improvement program is key to our success.

This leadership role requires inspiring, motivating and positively influencing team and individual outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating a team of professionals, providing appropriate support and guidance.

Key qualifications include holding a relevant professional qualification or accreditation with a professional body recognised in Australia, having significant building or infrastructure knowledge, and experience working on construction sites.

Strong procurement, project management and contract management skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement the annual program for traffic investigations
  • Evaluate the program's effectiveness and suggest improvements
  • Oversee and manage a team of experts
  • Provide guidance and support to team members
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve program objectives
