Job Description

As a Branch Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our on-road traffic teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient traffic management services.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager and field crews to play a key role in operational excellence, team development, and client satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include supervising and supporting traffic controllers, promoting a proactive safety culture, conducting site inspections, and providing guidance on traffic control plans and procedures.

  • Supervise and support traffic controllers across multiple sites
  • Promote a proactive safety culture through leadership, coaching, and mentoring
  • Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and audits
  • Provide guidance on traffic control plans, procedures, and safe work practices
  • Respond to incidents, lead investigations, and manage reporting
  • Support training and development of field staff
  • Liaise with clients to resolve issues and build strong working relationships
  • Manage fleet, equipment, and compliance checks
  • Conduct drug and alcohol testing in line with company policy
  • Assist with return-to-work programs and injury management
