Design Documentation Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality design and building documentation across all phases of a project.

As a Design Documentation Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional results within the project requirements, deadlines, scope, and quality standards.

  1. Assist with producing accurate and detailed design documentation from conceptual plans to complete documentation packages.
  2. Develop and draw to integrate / coordinate designs of other consultants.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have experience working with Revit and other software applications.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years' postgraduate experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit.
  • Demonstrated documentation and detailing experience.
  • Understanding of BCA, Australian Standards, and development controls.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
