Job Description:The primary responsibility of a Clinical Aged Care Assessor is to conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals requiring care and support. - Conduct thorough client assessments to identify their care needs and preferences.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client assessments, care plans, and progress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality client outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel as a Clinical Aged Care Assessor, you will require:
- Tertiary qualification in a health-related discipline (e.g., nursing, occupational therapy, social work).
- Current registration with relevant professional associations (e.g., Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency).
- Proven experience in delivering aged care services, preferably in residential or community settings.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
