Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join our team in the pre-opening phase of our new attraction - Astra Lumina. This enchanting night walk experience blends art, nature, and technology to inspire and captivate guests.

About the Job

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Astra Lumina, including show and park operations that encompass visitor services, retail, food and beverage, and photography.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a guest-first approach to ensure all guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience.
  • Address and resolve any technical or guest issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and attraction walks to maintain facilities.
  • Drive the commercial performance of the Astra Lumina attraction through sound management of the operational budget.
  • Work closely with external partners to ensure optimal guest experiences and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience managing show operation or operations management, preferably within the tourism, events, or hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of lighting and audio-visual technology used in immersive attractions is highly desirable.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing large teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service and managing guest experiences.
  • Understanding of sustainability practices and experience implementing environmentally friendly operations.
  • Superior commercial and financial acumen and previous experience for budget oversight and P&L management.
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the attraction's operating hours.
