Job Title:

A successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our project management team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing strategic initiatives across the national network.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating multiple projects including contract management and service engagement
  • Liaising with professional services to deliver store design and construction
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation and timelines
  • Monitoring progress against deliverables and responding to inquiries
  • Organizing cross-functional meetings and maintaining meeting minutes
  • Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders including Retail, HR, IT, Operations, and Marketing
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role or as a Project Manager
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
  • Desirable: Master's Degree in Project Management or Management Consulting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
  • Effective team player with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in using computers and software like Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Key Requirements:
  • Familiarity with project coordination and management principles
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
