Job Title: Strategic Procurement Specialist

This role is designed for individuals with expertise in procurement, contract management, and stakeholder engagement. As a critical member of the project team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive contracting strategies that align with project goals.
  • Managing contractor engagement from tendering through to contract close-out, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality across all stages.
  • Performing contract management activities such as assessing claims and resolving disputes, navigating complex situations to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to foster synergy, promote transparency, and drive value within the project.
  • BUILDING PROACTIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH DIVERSE PROJECT TEAMS.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing demands in a dynamic environment.
  • A solutions-focused mindset with strong commercial acumen to address challenges creatively and strategically.
  • Current right to work in Australia.
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
