**Job Title:** Contracts and Procurement Services Leader

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our contracts and procurement services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the growth and development of the team, using client processes, systems, and procedures for the delivery of contracts and procurements services for complex projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract and procurement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to identify and implement business strategies that drive results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in contracting & procurement strategy development and implementation
  • Experience in the review of all forms of contractual and commercial documentation
  • Experience in negotiations on behalf of clients
  • Project delivery mind set and general understanding of project construction methodology
  • General understanding of common law practices and regulations in relation to contract management
