We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to drive our growth across the Asia Pacific region. As the Head of Marketing, you will lead marketing's contribution to our regional business goals and play a pivotal role on the APAC Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

Your mission is to build a world-class marketing function that delivers predictable pipeline and drives revenue through strategic planning, team management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities Include:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our regional business objectives
* Lead a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results in pipeline generation and revenue growth
* Foster strong relationships with Sales and Partnerships to drive business outcomes
* Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform marketing decisions

Requirements for Success:
* Significant experience in B2B marketing leadership within the APAC technology or SaaS sector
* Proven track record of exceeding pipeline and revenue targets in a fast-paced environment
* Strong expertise in demand generation, particularly ABM, and ability to work closely with Sales and Partnerships
* Excellent leadership and team management skills to inspire high-performance teams
* Ability to thrive in ambiguity and juggle multiple projects while driving results through direct reports and cross-functional influence
* Deep proficiency in modern marketing technology and data systems
