  • Catalyze a smooth de-fleet process for internal and company cars.
  • Continuously improve the pre-owned program to offer a competitive customer experience.
  • Submit change requests and enhancements to the global program to drive performance.
  • Proactively analyze residual value trends.
  • Monitor market residual value performance against competitors.
  • Provide product feedback to HQ to influence future products from a residual value perspective.
  • Establish and manage relationships with key residual value stakeholders.
