PCSS is the only factory-owned Porsche dealership in Australia and employs more than one hundred people to help connect their customers to their cars.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Pre-Owned Vehicle Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Pre-Approved Vehicle division, ensuring strong financial performance, operational excellence, and alignment with business growth targets.

As a key member of the PCSS Executive Leadership Team, and reporting directly to the General Manager, you will not only lead day-to-day operations but also shape and deliver the organisation's Pre-Approved vehicle strategy, creating a strong, sustainable business and setting a benchmark in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Pre-Owned Vehicle department across acquisition, retailing, and wholesaling.
  • Accurately value and wholesale vehicles to maximise profitability and optimising stock management.
  • Develop and execute the Pre-Approved vehicle strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention through best-practice processes and premium service delivery.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to a dedicated, high performance sales team.
  • Analyse market trends and implement strategies to optimise stock turn, margin, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the wider leadership team to achieve overall business targets.

The successful candidate will possess -

  • Extensive experience in automotive used vehicle operations (prestige preferred).
  • Impeccable personal presentation with an understanding and appreciation for the luxury vehicle market.
  • An analytical and data-driven mindset to create Australia's top performing Pre-Owned Porsche operation.
  • Strategic thinking with a track record of delivering business growth initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with a coaching mindset, ensuring continued staff development.
  • Results orientation, high levels of integrity and be unapologetic in the need to deliver customer excellence.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Required to complete background checks.
