Job Overview

This leadership role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to motivate a team of ambassadors to provide outstanding guest experiences.

  • Lead by example and deliver efficient services for guest check-in and departure.
  • Maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information.

To achieve this goal, you will drive all ambassadors to meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly targets. Liaise with other departments to ensure service times are adhered to and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in Food and Beverage Front and Back of house areas.

You will also assist and represent the Club Manager when unavailable, ensuring seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

The following qualifications and requirements are essential:

  • Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.
  • 1-2 years experience in Front Desk/Club Lounge Team Leader.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays.
  • Hold a current RSA certificate.
