Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver assessments and interventions to support customers' income support entitlements, safety, wellbeing, and needs
  • Provide short-term crisis intervention and social casework as a planned intervention
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to inform business planning, service delivery, and program design
  • Contribute to community engagement and training initiatives to enhance staff capacity

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be an Australian citizen
