Business Finance Professional

This role focuses on managing and leading a team to deliver financial services. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring, managing client relationships, and overseeing financial statement preparation and tax returns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the leadership in guiding and developing the finance team
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients
  • Oversee the compilation of financial statements and tax returns
  • Review and ensure accuracy and compliance of financial reports
  • Provide advisory services across compliance, tax, and business matters
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices in the industry
Requirements:
  • Hold or be willing to pursue CPA or CA qualifications
  • Degree in Business or Commerce (Accounting major)
  • Experience in business services and taxation
  • Proficiency in Xero and other accounting software packages
  • Strong communication and client management skills
