Job Title: Financial Services Manager

We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Your primary objective will be to develop and implement effective financial strategies that drive business growth while ensuring the highest level of compliance with relevant legislation.

You will work closely with the finance and administration teams to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

About the Role:
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business strategy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Prepare and submit Business Activity Statements to the ATO and other relevant authorities.
  • Manage payroll, including fortnightly pay runs and salary packaging.
