Lead Centre Director

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our centre. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role, a Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, and demonstrated experience leading high-quality early learning environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff rosters and budgets, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to achieve high-quality outcomes for children.

The Lead Centre Director will motivate and inspire their team towards excellence, providing quality professional development and maintaining a progressive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with educators to plan and deliver programs that meet the needs of children.
  • Manage relationships with families and the community to promote our centre's reputation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
  • Demonstrated experience leading high-quality early learning environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of theorists, early childhood practices, approaches, and Learning Frameworks.
