Job Title: Educational Leader

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the development and implementation of curricula in collaboration with educators. Your expertise will help create an environment where leadership development is open to all.

As an Educational Leader, you will have the chance to innovate our approach to early childhood education. This includes influencing decision-making processes and ensuring that every educator's voice is heard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement curricula to maximize each child's development and learning.
  • Support educators in delivering educational programs and ensuring every child participates.
  • Assess each child's learning and development through ongoing support of educators.
  • Establish clear goals and expectations for teaching practices with educators.
  • Contribute to quality improvement plans in collaboration with educators.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
  • Previous experience working in the early years sector (desired).
  • Valid Working with Children's Check or state-specific equivalent.
