Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Centre Manager to lead our team at Allara St. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and secure environment where children can thrive.

You will work closely with the Leadership Team to develop an exceptional culture of quality and safety that makes us the centre of choice in our community. This includes building lasting and meaningful relationships with families, supporting the Centre Leadership Team to create a positive and engaging environment, and contributing to making our Centre an example of excellence in early childhood education.

As a senior leader, you will have the opportunity to drive business performance and contribute to decisions about resourcing and the education environment for children. You will also be supported to develop your skills through coaching, conferences, mentoring, and career advancement opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A completed Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards)
  • Prior experience working in a long day-care centre in a senior or leadership role
  • Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF
  • Budget and financial accountability experience
  • Current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and current Working with Children check
