We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our Adelaide office across various administrative and facility services.

This varied role will involve managing front of house, ensuring facilities are presented and in working order, and assisting various teams onsite. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will greet staff and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, provide basic IT support, and order supplies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting, assisting, and directing candidates/new hires/visitors and the general public to the appropriate staff
  • Maintaining meeting and shared spaces within the office and providing support during meetings as required
  • Managing onsite catering and event requirements with local and interstate stakeholders
  • Ensuring shared spaces are stocked with essentials at all times
  • Providing administrative support to the manager and wider team
To excel in this role, you will require strong competency with Microsoft Office products and experience in managing multiple room bookings.
