We are seeking an exceptional Earth Moving Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our mining equipment fleet.

The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical trade qualifications and have a solid understanding of earth moving and construction equipment. They will be responsible for meeting with customers to establish strong working relationships, reviewing the performance of mining fleets, and problem-solving any issues that may arise.

The successful applicant will also undertake machine inspections and audits, including undercarriage, chassis, dump bodies, bucket, and GET wear rates. They will collaborate with customers to provide innovative solutions that enhance fleet productivity, act as the primary point of escalation for customer concerns, and work towards swift resolutions.

In addition, they will assist in planning maintenance events and forecasting resource requirements. To be successful, you will need to possess minimum mechanical trade qualifications, have strong technical knowledge of earth moving and construction equipment, and be able to travel as required.
