Dean of Middle Years Leadership Opportunity

The Dean of Middle Years is a pivotal position that oversees the educational and wellbeing development of students in their formative years.

This role plays a crucial part in fostering academic excellence, social growth, and spiritual development among students.

  • Provide strategic leadership for Years 7–9, aligning with the College's Franciscan ethos and priorities.
  • Lead innovative teaching and learning practices to enhance student outcomes and promote academic success.
  • Integrate academic care with wellbeing programs to foster resilience and high expectations among students.
  • Build strong partnerships with families and the community to support student transitions and ensure a smooth progression through the middle years.
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop staff within a collaborative, high-performing culture that values teamwork and open communication.
