We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Analyst to join our team.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in UKG Dimensions to support the delivery of a critical workforce management and payroll program.

Key Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will design, execute, and manage tests for UKG Dimensions.
  • They will validate end-to-end timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll processes.
  • Collaboration with technical and business teams will be essential to refine requirements and test coverage.
  • The Test Analyst will provide detailed test documentation and progress reporting.
  • Integration testing across related HR and payroll systems will also be required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience testing within UKG Dimensions (time & attendance, scheduling, payroll integration).
  • A strong understanding of SAP knowledge (ECC6 and Payroll modules) would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with test management tools would be advantageous.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders is crucial.
  • A strong analytical mindset with attention to detail is essential.
