Job Title: Test Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Tester to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance group, you will be responsible for the manual and automated testing of test cases across various SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Responsibilities:
  • Test Case Development: Develop and execute manual and automated test scripts using AVO Assure across SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.).
  • Integration Testing: Validate UKG Dimensions/Kronos configurations, including shift differentials, union rules, and clinical scheduling logic.
  • Data Flow: Perform integration testing between SAP SuccessFactors and UKG to ensure seamless data flow across HR, payroll, and time systems.
  • UAT Coordination: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, defect tracking, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders across HR and IT departments.
  • Defect Tracking: Track defects and perform retesting as necessary.
  • Comprehensive Reporting: Provide comprehensive test documentation and evidence for IS Audits and regulatory reviews.
Mandatory Skills:
  • SAP CRM Experience: Proven experience in SAP CRM Testing.
  • Testing Methodologies: Strong proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies.
  • Testing Tools: Experience with AVO Assure or similar testing tools.
  • UKG Knowledge: Familiarity with UKG Dimensions/Kronos configuration.
  • Defect Management: Excellent defect tracking and management skills.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
  • Ticketing Tools: Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
  • Communication Tools: Proficiency in communication tools like Office 365, Slack, and Outlook.
  • Integration Testing: Knowledge of integration testing best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 5-7 years of experience in technical support, with a focus on software testing.
  • Certifications: Certifications such as ITIL4, ISTQB, or CAST are highly desirable.
