Job Title: Field Service Engineering Supervisor And Pgnaa

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineering Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning and maintaining our pgnaa technology equipment at customer sites.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out quality technical and professional on-site installation and commissioning (i&C) of pgnaa thermo scientific equipment which includes training the customer in the accurate and safe operation of the equipment.
  • Visit customer sites for regular maintenance services such as preventative, repairs and emergency breakdowns.
  • Provide radiation services together with validation and audit services.
  • Complete site visit reports within time frames as laid down in the relevant work instructions, and or customer requirements. Ensure all agreed action points are followed up.
  • Support engineering changes for existing products and/or process improvement.
  • Enhance, update and help with the internal procedures documentation.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Minerals, BMH, gauging product line support.
  • Supervision: manage the strategic activities of PPA ANZ engineers.
  • Tech support & training co-ordination.
  • Product management support for improvement.
  • Drive after market business - PSA contract, parts, sources, repairs, installation & commissioning, project acceptances, backlog clearing, parts campaign, service upgrades, service forecast, booking & revenue reviews.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Associate diploma or degree in an engineering field such as electronics.
  • Confirmed experience in pgnaa field service and customer service (minimum 5 years).
  • Current driver's license and ability to drive a manual vehicle.
  • Excellent written and oral skills in english.
  • Field work or knowledge of the coal and cement sector (or related) processing industries.
  • Experience with on-line analyzers and/or industrial processing instrumentation.
  • Developed analysis and numeracy skills.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skill.
  • Ability to learn quickly and intuitively.
  • Read and understand manufacturing assembly drawings, electrical & pneumatic schematics.

This role requires flexibility to travel, sometimes with limited notice, weekend & public holiday work is sometimes required as well as out of hours support to customers.
