Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Building Project Manager to oversee a range of refurbishment projects in our Aviation Sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Closing out final design requirements
  • Engaging with contractors and consultants
  • Managing the construction/delivery phase of the projects
  • Fostering relationships with key stakeholders
  • Overseeing contract management, variations, and claims
Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering capital works building projects
  • Experience delivering service upgrades and refurbishments
  • Experience delivering building structure upgrades and refurbishments
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with busy stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
  • A willingness to work with team members and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients
  • Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or related discipline
