Job Title: Expert in Customer Engagement

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for an expert in customer engagement to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that drive growth and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in delivering market-leading loyalty programs, with a strong focus on customer strategy and execution. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively engage and influence senior stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement loyalty propositions that meet clear outcomes aligned with customer needs, commercial sustainability, and technical feasibility.
  • Lead engagement with partners and stakeholders across the enterprise to align on shared success.
  • Support the planning, testing, design, and execution of loyalty programs to reward and recognize priority customer segments.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience working in similar roles, with a strong focus on customer strategy and execution.
  • Financial modeling experience, coupled with proven analytical and evidence-based decision-making skills.
  • Experience with Agile Ways of Working.
  • Ability to effectively engage and influence senior stakeholders, with a high degree of business acumen.
