The Role
You will drive customer communication and engagement across our existing customer base as a Customer Marketing Specialist.
Your primary responsibility will be to promote product adoption, utilization, and advocacy with the ultimate goal of fostering customer loyalty and driving business growth.
You will collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to strategic plans.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute quarterly key results areas for customer marketing.
- Contribute to overall strategic plans of the Customer Experience team.
- Define, design, and implement digital customer journeys and lifecycle communication strategies.
- Create and deliver captivating campaigns generating positive brand engagement and awareness.
- Take ownership of go-to-market activities promoting new products and features among existing customers.
