Construction Project Manager Job Description

This is a full-time Construction Project Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee construction on commercial building sites and ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Comply with health and safety requirements, communicate expectations to employees and subcontractors, and conduct regular site inspections.
  • Lead day-to-day problem-solving, quality control, and ensure adherence to company standards.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial Windows and Facades installation and fabrication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in software applications like AutoCAD, ACONEX, Excel, etc.
  • Multitasking and stress management skills, leadership abilities, attention to detail, conflict resolution, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to build relationships with builders, clients, and other stakeholders.
