Job Description">

Lead Breast Cancer Survivorship Nurse Specialist.

This position involves working as a leader in clinical practice to provide evidence-based care for breast cancer survivors. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and evaluating clinical practice standards and outcomes within the specialty.

They should also be able to communicate effectively with patients, carers, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to identify and respond to care needs. Additionally, they must demonstrate critical thinking in delivering advanced evidence-based nursing care.

Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • A current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • At least 5 years full-time equivalent post-registration experience, with at least 3 years in the specialty field and approved postgraduate nursing qualifications in a relevant field (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated capability to interact professionally and resolve conflicts when they arise
  • Evidence of strategies to maintain current knowledge of clinical practice advances and research in the specialty
