We are seeking a clinical nurse to join our dedicated and supportive team. This role involves facilitating the continuity and quality of care for patients diagnosed with breast cancer and their families.
The successful candidate will be responsible for applying advanced knowledge and skills to promote best practice in patient care through clinical improvement initiatives and service innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the continuity and quality of care for patients diagnosed with breast cancer and their families
- Apply advanced knowledge and skills to promote best practice in patient care through clinical improvement initiatives and service innovation
Requirements:
- Current registration with APHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of three years' experience in Oncology and or surgical oncology
- Completion of Certified Breast Care nurse course or working towards
