About The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated Mc Grath Cancer Care Nurse : Breast, to join our dynamic Breast Cancer Services team.
If you have extensive experience in breast cancer nursing, oncology, or palliative care—and a deep commitment to supporting patients with metastatic breast cancer—this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

As The MCCN You Will Be Responsible For Deliver expert clinical care, education, and emotional support to patients with breast cancer, with a focus on metastatic disease.
Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and excellence in care To find out more, please review the Position Description About You Our ideal candidate will demonstrate : Advanced clinical knowledge and leadership in breast cancer care, with at least 5 years fulltime equivalent post registration, with 3 years experience in oncology, breast care nurse or related discipline.
Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Ability to provide tailored education, psychological support, and clinical coordination Strong leadership and advocacy within clinical settings Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Commitment to accurate data reporting aligned with Mc Grath Foundation standards.
