We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to deliver high-quality, timely, and professional Wills and Estate Planning services to the community.
- Key responsibilities include drafting and executing legally compliant Wills and Estate Planning instruments, coordinating logistics for Plan Ahead Days, and contributing to team performance.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering services that align with customer excellence principles and maintaining a contemporary approach to service delivery through various strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess strong collaboration skills, empathy, and emotional intelligence, with a keen interest in social outcomes, justice, and advocating for people. They will have a background in legal services or experience working in a legal environment and be willing to obtain accreditation in Will making, Power of Attorney, and Enduring Guardianship documents.
The Wills and Estate Planning Professional will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, manage high work outputs, and balance consistency in service delivery across a large geographic area to meet the diverse needs of customers.
