Job Title: Support and Events Coordinator

This role requires a skilled, professional administrator to provide expert support in a dynamic work environment. The successful candidate will be involved in organizing marketing events for a reputable brand.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business administration, events coordination or marketing support, and possess strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver marketing events, including sponsored events, trade shows, industry competitions and community engagement activities;
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Assist with schedule and communications, arranging travel bookings, meeting coordination and other administrative tasks;
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on actions from calls/meetings;
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion;
Requirements:
  • 2 years' experience in a business administrator role;
  • Experience in events coordination or marketing support (preferred but not essential);
  • High digital dexterity across software systems and platforms with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft suite;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work autonomously;
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and flexibility to adjust to shifting workloads;
  • Demonstrated reliability, confidentiality, and professionalism;
