
Wills and Legacy Planner

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Wills and Estate Planning team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in delivering expert advice and guidance to customers on their estate planning needs.
The primary purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality estate planning services to the community. This includes drafting legally compliant documents, contributing to team performance, and increasing market share through direct support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and executing Wills and Estate Planning instruments;
- Coordinating venue hire logistics for community engagement activities;
- Maintaining a contemporary approach to service delivery;
Accountabilities:
You will be responsible for undertaking pre and post-appointment activities to ensure timely and quality service delivery. You will also assist with local community engagement events to boost brand awareness and manage high work outputs to generate favourable customer outcomes.
