As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
About the RoleThis position involves providing clinical leadership and expertise to achieve best practice outcomes. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, compassionate care to patients.
- You must possess a relevant tertiary degree qualification and be registered with the appropriate governing body.
- A current C Class Motor Vehicle Licence is also required.
- The successful applicant will work a variety of shifts in accordance with the unit roster.
- Participation in an on-call roster is expected as part of this role.
We offer a range of attractive benefits, including:
- An isolation allowance of AUD$3,500 for 1 year of service.
- AUD$10,500 for 2 years of service.
- AUD$7,000 per annum for each additional year of service.
- Two return airfares per annum for yourself and your family to the nearest east coast provincial city.
- 5 weeks annual leave with a 17.5% loading/bonus.
- A base salary ranging from $82,753 to $106,144 per annum.
- A 12.75% employer superannuation contribution.
- Long Service Leave and Sick Leave accrual.
