Delivering high-quality patient care in a respected family healthcare setting is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse. This role involves delivering clinical nursing services to patients, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality patient care through triage, chronic disease management, vaccinations, wound care, pathology collection, health assessments, recalls, coordination of treatment, cold chain management and sterilisation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
Requirements:
  • A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse.
  • The ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
