Client Service Leader

This is a leadership role with responsibilities in account management and administration.

  • Manage the end-to-end process for allocated global accounts from the multinational portfolio, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to execute administrative tasks and prepare instructions for processing units, credit control, and other departments.
  • Work closely with various departments to resolve issues and ensure high-quality service standards are met.
  • Build relationships with clients, brokers, and internal teams, attending meetings and supporting business development activities.
Requirements:

To excel in this position, you will have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry, covering commercial lines.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret information.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues, clients, and brokers at all levels.
