Event Coordination Role

We seek a skilled event coordinator to deliver knowledge and competence events globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality events efficiently and consistently.
  • Built relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage delegate bookings, send joining instructions, and respond to inquiries.
  • Secure venues, negotiate rates, and manage venue requirements.
  • Coordinate technical equipment and support for events.
  • Manage speaker logistics including briefings, travel, accommodation, and presentations.
  • Coordinate onsite event management, including registration, delegate welcoming, and venue management.
  • Maintain relationships with sponsors/partners and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  • Conduct post-event reporting including budget reconciliation and feedback reporting.

  • Experience in event management and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical proficiency with creative tools preferred.
  • Culturally aware with the ability to operate in a global role.
  • Highly organized with a methodical approach and ability to work under pressure.
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
