Job Description
This role will focus on developing new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships within the Government and Territory education vertical. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, with the ability to tailor our solutions to meet their specific requirements.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. They will also be proficient in CRM applications and have a proven track record in sales and business development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Identify and develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders within nominated accounts and prospects.
- Collaborate with customers and project managers to design and implement tailored solutions.
- Increase revenue streams and customer satisfaction through the sale of integrated print management and software solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and success.
- Maintain and regularly update CRM systems to ensure accurate data and informed decision-making.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions and negotiate agreements.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand business opportunities.
- Achieve revenue targets set out for the area/portfolio through the sale of solutions and managed services.
- Proven ability to create customer value through the sale of integrated print management and software solutions.
- Proven business development and sales into Tier 1 and 2 accounts.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
