About the Centre:

• We are a 90 place centre set in picturesque Regional NSW. Milestones Armidale hosts 6 rooms, including 2 Nurseries, 2 Toddler Rooms, and 2 Preschool Rooms. We have large natural outdoor environments, which have been recently upgraded. We have a strong focus on sustainability and community involvement, with connections with the local Primary School and Businesses. We have also created a strong partnership with our local Aboriginal community and endeavour to build this partnership to remain Completely Connected. We are looking for the next Shining Star to join our team, and we are all about Serious Fun. Our philosophy is based on a holistic image of the child. About the Role:

• Motivate and lead a team of educators in the Kindy room.
• Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to our local primary school, and positive experiences within our community.
• Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for our children, allowing for the unique and individual interests and strengths of each child.
• Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.

About You:

• An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
• Relevant teachers' registration (if applicable).
• A current Working with Children's Check or willing to obtain.
• Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain.
• A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds.
