Key Data Management Role

As a skilled Data Administrator, you will oversee the systematic process of all order flow for inbound and outbound distribution operations. This involves assigning tasks to departments within the Distribution Centre, reporting daily activities via LSM and WMS to Leadership, and overseeing the processing of orders.
About This PositionYou will support Supervisors and Team Leads with data administration tasks, report on daily activities, and perform other duties as directed by the Leadership team to enhance efficiency and productivity.
A Day in This Job- Coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Ensure seamless workflow of administrative tasks
- Develop strong relationships with Warehouse Operations Supervisors and Warehouse Associates
- Participate in development activities and team meetings
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Experience analyzing reports and building templates
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft office applications and outlook
- Knowledge of Manhattan and WMS software
- Ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt to changing situations
